The Venganuary challenge has ended. We had a great set of participants that successfully completed the challenge by eating only plant based foods for the month of January! A: Meat, Dairy, Seafod, Eggs, Fish, Insects, and Honey are the main types. Many foods contain products from these items, so reading labels or using resources is important.
Q: Is wine Vegan?
A: Most wine is not Vegan due to the filtration process which uses animal products - so actually not even vegetarian. Mashup Market carries only certified Vegan wine.
